Unlike anodised hinges, these are finished in Cerakote C Series Graphite Black, making them highly resistant to screen wash, Traffic Film Remover (TFR), and harsh vehicle cleaning chemicals that can damage anodised finishes.

Each hinge is precision CNC machined from high-quality 6082 billet aluminium and hand-finished to ensure exceptional quality, fit, and finish.

Advanced Hinge Design

Our hinges have been engineered from the ground up rather than using inexpensive off-the-shelf bushes.

Features include:


  • Replaceable custom-designed nylon bushes eliminate dissimilar metal contact in the hinge pivot, providing smooth operation with virtually zero play.

  • Greaseable design allows fresh grease to flush contaminants from the bushes, helping to maintain smooth operation throughout the hinge's service life.

  • The bushes are designed to be hydraulically adjusted using a grease gun. As grease is injected, it acts behind the bushes like a piston, allowing any play to be taken up over time and maintaining a precise hinge fit.

  • Hidden grease nipples are only visible when the door is open, preserving a clean, factory-style appearance.

Enhanced Security

Security has been built into every detail.


  • 10mm stainless steel hinge pins.

  • Precision-machined dimples allow grub screws to securely lock the pins in place.

  • Pins cannot be driven out from outside the vehicle, significantly improving door security.

Superior Thread Strength

The hinges feature M8 roll-formed threads, which are considerably stronger than conventional cut threads, providing maximum strength in aluminium.

Integrated Weather Sealing


  • Each hinge incorporates precision-machined O-ring seals that:

Our Cerakote Process

Every component is individually prepared and coated in-house to ensure the highest quality.

The process includes:


  • Thorough cleaning.

  • Acetone bath.

  • Aluminium oxide blast preparation.

  • Final air cleaning.

  • Professional Cerakote application using a dedicated spray gun within a spray booth.

  • Controlled curing process for maximum durability and finish.

Although Cerakote is more labour-intensive and expensive than anodising, it provides a tougher, more durable, and chemically resistant finish with a much wider range of available colours.
